| 15 | After reading about the Titanic in the reading series, use YAHOOLIGANS or another search engine to fond some pictures and facts about the Titanic. Then, using KID PIX have students create a slide show about the TITANIC. Students choose 3 facts to draw on separate slides. Use KID PIX to do this. Include a TITLE slide and an ENDING slide. Have them enter their own sounds or use the one's in the program. Have them rotate around the lab viewing each others slide show. |

The game Math Baseball allows students to practice addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division computation skills as they attempt to score runs. Change Maker is another math game that involves what amount of money will be given in change and the denominations that should be used. Fun Match is a memory game, and Spell check is a word game where students must locate a misspelled word among a group of four and spell it correctly. The site allows you to choose the age level of your students. |

Click on Mr. P's hands, eyes, ears, nose, or mouth and you'll be whisked to a page that explains the related senses of touch, sight, hearing, smell, or taste. The resource was designed by elementary students and includes a great glossary and an activities section that contains a recipe that incorporates all of the senses. |
