To examine my conscience, I will ask:

Come Holy Spirit, open my mind so that I may know my sins.  Touch my heart so that I may be sorry for them.

1. Did I whisper, laugh, talk or tease others during Mass?
2. Did I make my family late for Mass?
3. Did I receive Holy Communion without fasting for one hour?
4. Did I make anyone angry or make them say bad things?
5. Was I mean to anyone?
6. Did I call anyone a bad name?
7. Did I say mean things about others?
8. Did I hurt anyone's things?
9. Did I forget to pray for my family?
10. Did I disobey my parents, teachers or priests?  Did I talk back to them?
11. Did I do my chores carefully?
12. Did I think that I was better than other people?
13. Did I listen to bad talk?
14. Did I steal anything?
15. Did I help anyone to steal?
16. Did I cheat?
17. Was I jealous because someone had something that I wanted?
18. Did I tell lies?
19. Did I do my penance after my last Reconciliation?
